The reputation of the lawyer was so bad that I became cautious as I approached to secure the lawyer in recent major legal issues.  I had a terrible hard time, divorced, sold my family and moved from the Bronx to New York City.

I agree to all the reviews posted so far. I kept the Malik service because I was trying to close the Manhattan top Coop. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions along the way. As is often the case with real estate, there was a nerve-hurting disorder in the road which made me uneasy and unduly and mercilessly sought. Malik went hand in hand, explained to me a lot, looked after my worries (and explained again), and was very patient with me. Malik Pearson is a patient, kind and professional lawyer, and I recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

When I was looking for a lawyer to help me buy a co-op apartment, my friend recommended Malik Pearson.  In a telephone consultation, Pearson explained the process of buying a house in New York, the role he played, and his fee structure.  I registered and contacted Mr. Pearson for 3.5 months from the contract to the deadline.

Mr. Pearson stood me and answered me many questions.  The first buyer was not represented by the real estate agent (the seller broker did not split the fees, so I did not use the agent in my own retail), so I had many buyers!  Whether it was a simple procedural question, or an interpretation of the law, or help me understand what was in my interest, I was able to rely on Pearson to contact me immediately and give me clear advice.

I consulted with Pearson's law firm, but he was told that he had to charge $300 an hour to see our commercial lease.  Landlords may be needed to perform upgrades that may disrupt your business. All we wanted was someone who understood commercial leases and gave us advice.  Mr. Pearson spent his time generously by email and phone, read the lease agreement for free, and then consulted me for free.   I'm looking forward to getting paid to him someday because there will be more business to discuss in the future.  This law firm is strongly recommended for people who need support and support for rent/landlords, and those who need information to understand their rights as the front owner of rentals/business owners/stores.  5 stars
