I moved to a place that was supposed to be a luxury apartment at the end of 2017.  I didn't know that I was the exact opposite of luxury.  Since I had to fix everything before I moved, there were few problems that should not have existed. Good morning, everyone, I just wanted to post a brief review of my lawyer, Ali Moore. I met my landlord. My wife and I were temporarily absent due to disability, so I was late for my rent. As I was facing illegal evictions, my landlord canceled my lease and asked me to leave my apartment for six years.  I had a stressful time, thinking I would lose my intuition.  I decided to find a good housing lawyer for Elp. I ran into Ali More when I looked for it. This person was highly positive. I went through them most. I must have found an appropriate lawyer to represent my case.

I called Mr. More. He asked me to send him all the documents I had, including the letter from the landlord. He told me immediately that it would cost me $500 in response to a letter of demand that I had to submit to my landlord. According to him, this letter stops harassing me. I paid 500 dollars for Cuppy. and he said that if anything should happen he would undertake my case. In other words, they received a portion of the money through this incident. Mr. Ali More sent a letter to my landlord. I contacted Mr. More for many days to see if the landlord had responded to the letter they had submitted in response to their retirement. He called, left a message, and insisted that he had not answered. As the days went by, we didn't get a reply to the letter. I kept in touch with Mr. several times, and he was always out of sight or on vacation. Every time I called and emailed, I had to wait for days for him to reply.

I decided to carry things by myself and called the landlord's lawyer to see if I had received this letter. While I might have heard some laughter on the phone, he replied, "I got it, I can't talk with just a lawyer."

The first time I was in court, Mr. Arymour said that the day before, in an emergency with his family, he could not attend. And I need to call him back after the court. I thought that I had been employed as a lawyer. I went to the court and took a leave of absence to look for a lawyer. Mr. Mall has never registered on this website as my lawyer. So I didn't put anyone on the list. I immediately fired Mr. More by email or email. if I had not fired Ali More and employed a new lawyer.  I would have been evicted at this moment, and now I have cut 500 dollars off the silent letter Mr. More proposed, but I am not thankful for him at all.

Ants are people who stand on top of people and put their hands under them.  Expert-level representations require very reasonable pricing.  There are not many reviews about Yelp, and I'm not often forced to go here, but I believe that ants are the man you want to represent.  Everyone here says that he doesn't respond is a impatient or a control freak.  Don't trust the lawyer and tell him how to carry out the suit. I can trust Ali 110%.  He took time to answer from time to time, but he kept his promise, followed the original plan, always returned to us and gave us good advice.  The lawyer drew a picture to the judge as the ant did.  He won before the trial.  Not knowing exactly what the ant was saying, the judge had to look into the specialty he had said.  He knows in his head that most people have to look up.  It's hard to find a better lawyer for this.

I was a client with ARI Mor, esq. Since the summer of 2017.  I was doing business with a difficult tenant for a while, and working with another lawyer, but I was not satisfied with the solution.  The problem involved acts of vandalism, payment of rent, noise, violations, and so on, which was so intolerable that I wanted the tenant to be separated from my property.  Ali was the second lawyer he had hired to help my case. When I came to Ali, my last lawyer ruined my case and wasted five months of time and money. Ari patiently listened to his long stories, dramas and complaints about his terrible experience with the former lawyer. He understood my priorities and the final conclusions. I was dealing with a reckless and careless management company in Central Harlem, which was notoriously ignoring tenant safety. Some of my buildings used drugs, sold, broke the building's keys, and hung in the lobby. The manager would never stop it, but there were even worse problems, which made it a habit of not responding to the request of maintenance until it caused trouble all day. I tried to find a new tenant when I needed to get out of the lease, but the management refused to approve, saying that I explicitly told them that "annual income" would not be a problem. After two weeks of hot water and heat (and three times in a year), I consulted with Ari and immediately called him.

Creating and sending a letter of demand, and discounting your victory is very fair at his price. I didn't want to appeal to the management company, but I - though - had the basis that it would become very ugly and could not win. They came to solve the problem I was complaining about "technically" all, but I needed them to cancel the lease. They thought I would have tried many times to put up with my bravado, hire ants, send a request, finally cancel my lease, refund the remaining month and refund the deposit, I did not need to sue. In NYC, ants are strongly recommended for those who need help solving landlords and tenant problems. Even after Ali sent the letter, I lost hope. My manager agreed that they would sign in with difficulty. It took me a few months, but Ari.

I got everything I wanted. In particular, given the other people's assessment of Ari's reliability and friendship, it was a pity that he wasn't always as good as he thought. Fortunately, this time it is different, but for future customers, I strongly recommend that you be responsible for endorsing even if your records are considered to be significant.

I called it Arimo Amplifier. I left a message on various days, but there was no answer. On June 21, a week later, he tried again, but he actually answered: Soon I hung up saying I could email all the case information. I will immediately take all & I sent an email to. I heard nothing. & he called. You left a message and sent text on June 27. Finally, on June 28, we send an email saying, "Can I speak tomorrow afternoon?" I immediately informed him that I would receive medical treatment. Instead, he asked me if I could speak at night, and he didn't answer. When I came back from the doctor, I felt very sick and tried to email him again. I asked, "Can I talk to you tomorrow for a while?" He didn't answer, and when I called the next day, he didn't answer. I tried to call him over and over again, but there was no telephone call. On July 7th I sent another email, which said he was on vacation. He said that we had time to talk, but I never called. He sent an email to him saying, "If I can't get in touch in a timely manner, I think other lawyers will be chased." Then he asked if he had seen my papers. he answered. "Because I was scheduled for the last call time" (I didn't have time for the call). I was worried that he sent an email later. He first sent an email saying, "I wanted you to take up this issue in case of an unexpected situation." Then he wrote, "I can't do it now." Next, "We are not working on the contingency. Section 78 fees are 5,000 USD& . 25%, followed by the text "My charges are set &" There are many people who are willing to pay for my work. Read my Yelp review" (So, he really wrote this!) Then he continued to send five more conversations and continued to send the last one. "I asked some of my colleagues if they were willing to take up your problem with the contingency. I didn't get a reply."It was coupy, mean, and at the same time creepy. Do you think his review is real? My opinion is completely different. In fact, lawyers are usually not popular. The most common thing in 10 years is probably 1-3 years old. Four years after leaving school, the man is wet to the skin and can't call. Since many people are not the kind of work to write critique, there are many excellent lawyers with many years of work, and they don't make any changes at all. If he hadn't sent me an email about YELP's grades, I wouldn't have done so.

I am very grateful and fortunate to find Ali More of Elp. If you are looking for a representative from a trusted lawyer, don't go any further. Ali gave us useful legal advice and prevented our lawsuits from getting teeth and nails and helped us to solve them. He knows what he's doing and always communicates with his customers, but that's positive. Ants are notable from most of the lawyers we have investigated, knowing what it means to be a legal dispute with the landlord. Thanks to many of Ali's help in civil suits against reputed corrupt bail workers who force unjust contracts while the bail is necessary for helpless people.
