Scott W. Stram has worked in-house for many years as a corporate lawyer, chief operating officer (COO), and chief information security officer (CISO). In 2011, we decided to establish legal practices that would help us meet our legal needs, especially with business startups and business formation, data security, privacy, contracts, policies and procedures, and human resources operations. This practice now includes countless other business legal and business sectors.

In New York City, we offer customers services in areas other than three states. Our goal is to provide appropriate and effective legal advice, documentation and display at a "reasonable" cost.
Esk Scott W. Strum is a lawyer licensed to carry out the law in New York and New Guinea. It specializes in broad legal and business areas, including corporate law, contracts, employment, human resources, data security, privacy, compliance, real estate, and intellectual property.
Stram has a broad legal and business background that has worked as corporate advisor, COO, and CISO. He is the only person working internally at Viacom and CBS and working as an internal advisor for a marketing technology company. He also serves as a temporary General Counsel/COO to help the startup company succeed.
Stram was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. In 2006, he received a Ph.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. IFC member and CFA member. He is a mediator approved by the safety horizon.
