Steve was born in Long Island and lives in Manhattan and the Bronx. Before entering university, he was a young man in his teens who were dissatisfied with the law and living in a group home. As he went to law school at night, Steven offered full service of social and community services in the center of Manhattan. After joining the New York Bar, Steve represented New York City and served as Chairman of the Special Counsel. On behalf of the interests of the children and the city, they dealt with all aspects of the litigation involving the abandonment of children.
