Peter was very glad to help him buy the Coop. In the midst of the deal, he promptly sent emails day and night, answered questions and thoroughly reviewed the documents Most importantly, when we sat to review the contract, he found a document indicating that the size of the apartment is smaller than what was advertised and helped us to negotiate a significant discount.
Two years after the purchase, the city encountered the problem of writing the wrong documents. Peter had the matter cornered, so it was free.

I think it's the hardest thing to find an apartment in Manhattan, but it's actually much harder to close. I called six good lawyers, and I offered, accepted, looked for a representative, and no one contacted me, so I received Peter's contact from a friend who used him to buy his property. Within an hour of leaving Peter a message, he actually called me back. He was frank, competent, and inspired by my confidence. His price may not be cheap, but buying cheap and clues (in Manhattan) real estate is a little bit of money and I want everything to work out.
Peter can contact you, making phone and email replies and communications faster overall. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything to me in the words of an hour, a phrase, a layman. When the meeting was closed with the seller's attorney and the mortgage company's representative, everyone told him good things and he was his lawyer, so he told him that he would do nothing wrong.
Peter is a great discovery. The office is plain and plain. And I'm sure I'll use him again for another real estate transaction.
